Job Summary
The Odoo Functional Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing the warehouse and inventory modules for e-commerce operations. The role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and ensuring smooth integration between warehouse, sales, and logistics functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Odoo implementation for e-commerce or retail setups.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze warehouse and logistics processes to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
Implement and configure Odoo modules related to Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Accounting.
Map business workflows within Odoo to align with warehouse operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product movement, stock tracking, and order fulfillment.
Provide training and support to warehouse and operations staff on Odoo usage.
Collaborate with technical consultants for custom module development or integration requirements.
Conduct system testing, data migration, and validation before go-live.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track inventory performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely functional support for end-users.
Key Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of Odoo (Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Accounting modules).
Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and e-commerce operations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate operational requirements into functional specifications.
Familiarity with stock management, order processing, and delivery tracking.
Basic understanding of Odoo Studio and reporting tools.
Qualifications & Experien
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2–5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant.
Experience working with warehouse or e-commerce systems preferred.
