✅ Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles in SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET, Python, and more.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.

Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders.

Requirements :

Expertise working on C2C requirements.

Worked on core IT requirements and understanding of technology stack.
