Job Description : PeopleSoft Functional Consultant (10–12 Years Experience)

Job Title : Senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

Experience Required : 10–12 years

Location : Remote

Job Type : Contract to Hire

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with deep expertise in modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and functional support for PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and implement PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, and design and implement process improvements.
Develop test plans, coordinate UAT with business users, and ensure solution accuracy.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are accurately translated into technical deliverables.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
Document system configurations, business processes, and training materials.
Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, patches, and new features.

Qualifications & Skills :

10+ years of PeopleSoft functional experience, with hands-on implementation / support expertise.

Strong knowledge in one or more modules : HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.

Experience with full-cycle implementations and upgrades.

Excellent understanding of PeopleSoft configuration tools and functional setups.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) is a plus.
