Role Summary :
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with deep expertise in modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and functional support for PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and implement PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, and design and implement process improvements.
- Develop test plans, coordinate UAT with business users, and ensure solution accuracy.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are accurately translated into technical deliverables.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Document system configurations, business processes, and training materials.
- Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, patches, and new features.
Qualifications & Skills :
10+ years of PeopleSoft functional experience, with hands-on implementation / support expertise.Strong knowledge in one or more modules : HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.Experience with full-cycle implementations and upgrades.Excellent understanding of PeopleSoft configuration tools and functional setups.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) is a plus.
