Job descriptionBank Reconciliations : Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash books and resolve any discrepancies. Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements and other relevant accounting schedules. Tax Compliance : Ensure entities are in compliance with India tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns and GST returns. Audit Support : Assist in the preparation of documentations to support external and internal audits. Ad-hoc tasks : Any ad-hoc analysis and tasks as assigned by immediate superiors. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Experience in SAP, Xero, Tally accounting softwares preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion. Good working attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt. Be meticulous, organized with high attention to details. We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Accountant Specialist (Mumbai, India Branch) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work :
- Accounting : Perform data entries, prepare, and assist in day-to-day operations in accounting. To also manage and maintain full sets of accounting books including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable;
ensuring that all transactions are accurately and timely recorded.
Experiences : Mid-level candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting working experience in trading company, preferably in the virgin plastic resin business
Skills :
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other professional accounting qualification, with working knowledge of India FRS / IFRS standards.
