This role is pivotal in ensuring that every patient feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey. The Coordinator will manage patient communication, provide timely updates, and facilitate coordination between doctors, nurses, embryologists, and other team members to ensure smooth treatment flow. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and empathetic professional with prior experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Patient Liaison : Serve as the main point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a compassionate experience throughout their treatment journey.

• Coordinate & Organize : Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans. Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures Education & Guidance : Educate patients about IVF processes, treatment options, and any associated procedures;

provide resources and information to empower patients in making informed decisions.

Qualifications

A degree in BHMS, or BAMS is mandatory.
