VisionSure - Vice President - Insurer Partnership

• You will be responsible for building, owning, and scaling strategic partnerships with insurance companies to integrate VisionSures solutions into Insurance offerings.
• Own and drive the overall insurer partnership for VisionSure across Health and General Insurance companies
• Lead the end-to-end process of partnering with insurance companies, from initial outreach, structuring the partnership, negotiating commercials, navigating the onboarding process and taking the partnership live with the insurer sales team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for our insurer partners, ensuring high satisfaction, strategic alignment, and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Continuously work with our insurer partners to innovate on product design and co create new and innovative products ideas to offer a compelling value proposition to insurance customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and insurer teams to ensure successful go to market execution
• Work with internal sales team to activate and enable sales of VisionSure benefits along with insurance plans at insurance intermediaries
• Assist internal sales team to build deeper relationships with insurance intermediaries 10-15 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a role requiring building partnerships with insurance companies.
• A deep, existing network within Health and General Insurance companies, brokers and corporate agents is mandatory, with experience in health / wellness benefits being a significant plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Willing to work as an individual contributor for at least 6 months while recruiting and expanding the team
