Accounts and Tax Manager

Responsibilities :

Comprehensive Tax Reporting : Prepare detailed reports in adherence to the Income Tax Act of 1961, including Forms 3CA / 3CB / 3D / 29B, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Tax Expertise : Demonstrate a thorough understanding and expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxes, encompassing GST laws, Income tax regulations, and other relevant taxes.

Regulatory Compliance : Deliver a wide spectrum of tax services while ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements and regulatory frameworks within designated timeframes.

Attention to Detail : Exhibit a high degree of attention to detail, meticulously ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory obligations, such as Income-tax, GST, etc.

Tax Preparation and Planning : Independently undertake tax preparation, conduct thorough research on tax-related matters, and devise strategic tax planning initiatives with minimal supervision.

End-to-End Tax Management : Oversee all facets of Direct and Indirect Taxation, ensuring efficient and effective management of tax-related processes and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Educational Background : Preference for candidates with a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent qualification .

Technical Proficiency : Proficient in utilizing computer systems and navigating government websites for tax-related purposes.

Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with stakeholders and conveying complex tax-related information.

Understanding of Accounting Principles : A solid understanding of accounting principles is necessary to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
