About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience who’s hungry to learn, eager to build, and ready to grow fast. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build high-impact systems that power hospital operations and patient flows.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using JVM-based technologies (Kotlin)
• Work on APIs, databases, and internal tools that serve hospital staff, operations teams, and patients
• Translate real-world workflows into clean, efficient code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features quickly
• Constantly improve the system’s performance, reliability, and usability
