JD for Technical Lead (Development) :

Role Summary

Idexcel is looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with 10–15 years of hands-on software development experience to drive technical design, architecture, and delivery across complex, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate is technically strong, has deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, Angular, and Node.Js and hands-on experience with AWS cloud-hosted applications. Exposure to Go, Rust, Java, or React is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture, and implementation of SaaS-based applications.
• Own and govern coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines across teams.
• Perform technical reviews, drive performance optimizations, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Guide engineering teams in selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide hands-on support in solving critical production challenges.

Required Skills Ruby on Rails, Angular, Node JS, Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgresQL)
