Sr Solution Architect (DT Solutions)

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sr. Solution Architect to join our AI / ML Incubation Centre . This pivotal role involves transforming creative ideas into scalable and impactful technological solutions. You will be responsible for defining the vision and requirements for digital transformation solutions, recommending optimal options, and developing strategic roadmaps. This position requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning, with the ability to navigate and lead complex project ecosystems from conception to deployment, especially for projects under central / state governments / PSUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership & Architecture :
• Lead the development of project frameworks, integrating AI / ML technologies to solve complex business challenges presented by our clients.
• Review business context for solutions to department / sector challenges, define solution vision and requirements, recommend potential options, and select the most optimal path.
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for selected solutions.
• Be an integral part of ideation sessions and technical evaluation of client ideas, ensuring the technical feasibility and scalability of solutions.
• Facilitate key technical meetings and discussions.
• Technical Execution & Mentorship :
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine AI / ML models and resolve technical problems.
• Drive the translation of business needs into technical strategy, creating advanced solution architectures in AI / ML domains.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams throughout the incubation and solution lifecycle.
• Oversee the solution development process, ensuring best practices in machine learning, data management, and software development .
• Maintain a hands-on approach in coding and architectural design .
• Innovation & Impact Assessment :
• Stay abreast of emerging AI / ML technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the incubation centre.
• Work closely with the Head, Incubation Centre (CTO of WGDT).
• Assess the business impact of technical choices.
