Job Description : Must-Have :

Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent).

Build ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, Web Services (XML).

Perform unit, integration, performance, and user-acceptance testing.

Create SQL and LDAP queries; work with Oracle / MySQL / AD.

Apply Agile / Scrum, ITIL standards, and SDLC practices.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.

Behavioral & Additional Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Provide inputs during planning and retrospectives.

Preferred : ServiceNow Implementation Sp
