Preparation of CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) Data :
- Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and formats.
- Ability to analyze financial statements to prepare CMA reports.
- Experience working with auditors and finance teams to project financials for term loans and working capital requirements.
NBG Note / Board Note Preparation :
Experience drafting internal proposals and notes for bank sanction committees or internal credit / risk evaluation.Familiarity with structuring board presentations for fund-raising or debt syndication approval.Understanding of Financial Requirements from Banks :
Ability to assess borrower requirements and translate them into appropriate debt structures (working capital, term loans, ECBs, NCDs, etc.).Familiar with bank norms on DSCR, ICR, promoter contribution, collateral / security structuring, etc.Banking Relationships :
Existing relationships with relationship managers, corporate banking teams, or syndication desks across public, private, and foreign banks.Experience in negotiating terms (interest rates, covenants, tenure, etc.) with banks and FIs.Additional Value-Adds :
