Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) vertical. The role involves full ownership of origination, structuring, execution, and closure of DCM transactions including structured finance, project finance, acquisition finance, and refinancing. The ideal candidate will bring deep lender relationships, proven deal-making ability, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering large-ticket transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Transaction Execution :

Drive execution of debt transactions including term loan syndication, structured finance, refinancing, securitization, and acquisition finance.

Maintain and expand a strong network with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and Mutual Funds.

Evaluate business models and perform detailed financial and credit analysis.

Identify and originate new debt syndication and structured finance mandates.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team across origination and execution.
