Data analysis and interpretation for informed decision-making. Project management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics). Experience managing CRM integrations with other business applications. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support. About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic CRM Developer to plan, implement, and optimize our CRM strategies. You will manage integrations, monitor system performance, enhance data capture, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Collaborating closely with CRM Administrators and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the CRM system aligns with business goals and delivers a seamless user experience.
