Human Resources Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled HR Executive to join our growing team at SYSMIC IT Solutions in Mumbai .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing HR operations, interacting directly with clients, and providing HRMS product demonstrations. You’ll play a dual role — managing internal HR and admin activities for SYSMIC, while also supporting clients by showcasing how our HRMS solutions can simplify their HR processes.

You’ll be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities, ensuring compliance, payroll management, and building strong client relationships through HRMS training and demos. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to travel within Mumbai for client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR and administrative functions for SYSMIC IT Solutions.
• Conduct client demos and presentations of our HRMS solution.
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and compliance documentation.
• Handle payroll, attendance, onboarding, and performance management activities.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
• Support clients post-implementation with HRMS usage and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance HRMS functionality and user experience.

💰 Salary : Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
