Role mission

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager would lead Digital initiatives for brand Lauritz Knudsen.

He / She would be managing the complete Digital marketing ecosystem (social media, Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Analytics and more) while creating cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns to engage the target audience.

Main responsibilities.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and performance marketing to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and engagement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement throughout the sales funnel to grow sales pipeline and revenue closure.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.G., A / B testing, audience segmentation)
• Create curated content and personalization to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
• Plan & execute drip campaigns via email marketing that nurture leads and retain customers.
• Creativity to design visually stunning and responsive campaigns based on deep customer insights
• Set campaign objectives, metrics, and KPIs, while providing regular reporting to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
• Monitor, calculate & measure Customer metrics like Impressions, Conversion rates, Acquisition costs, CPL, CTR, ROAS, CLV – Create and maintain dashboards for all campaigns
• Drive strong digital engagement growth including MAU (Monthly Active Users), Recurring Active Users (RAUs), Growth in Website Visits etc.
• Handle special transversal projects for Brand Lauritz Knudsen
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
