Designation : BI Analyst (Database Focus)

Location : Bangalore

About the Role :

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong SQL expertise to join our Business Intelligence team. The role will focus on analyzing large datasets, generating insights, and building reports that support decision-making across multiple teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations).

Key Responsibilities :

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify data gaps, validate accuracy, and ensure consistency across reports.
• Create, refine, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that pull data from various sources and prepare it for analysis
• Develop and maintain data models that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and structure of business data used for reporting and dashboards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements and BI solutions (like dashboards, reports, or data pipelines)
• Document BI processes, provide technical support to users, and participate in continuous improvements for BI platforms
