We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Authorizations Consultant to manage and enhance user access and security within a complex SAP landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining user roles, executing SOX ITGC controls, and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with business key users, SAP functional teams and SAP Security Expert, and developers to address security needs and implement process improvements, including automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include providing audit evidence, preparing procedural documentation, conducting internal training sessions, and managing change requests related to IT security and business requirements. This role requires a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, a strong focus on compliance, and the ability to drive efficiency through process optimization. Key Responsibilities :

User Administration and Access Management :

• Manage user accounts and develop roles within the extensive SAP landscape. Example : SAP S4, CIS -AA, SAP CUA, SAP CIS, SAP GRC.
• Execute SOX ITGC controls (e.g., user termination, IT restricted access, user access reviews, shared and generic accounts) and oversee remediation and retrospective analysis in collaboration with business teams.
• Automate processes, such as deactivating inactive user accounts.
• Audit and Compliance :
• Provide required documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
• Perform SOX ITGC control activities (e.g., user termination, IT restricted access, user access reviews, shared and generic accounts) and ensure compliance through remediation and retrospective reviews in partnership with business stakeholders.
