Job descriptionSales Cloud – lead-to-cash, forecasting, CPQ knowledge preferred. Commerce Cloud (B2B LWR) – storefront design, APIs, order Experience Cloud – partner / customer portals, community design, ServiceMax – work orders, entitlements, dispatching, preventive Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.). Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models and DevOps tools (Copado, Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and governor Experience leading multi-cloud Salesforce implementations at enterprise scale. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (CTA track highly Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud certifications. ServiceMax Certified Architect / Consultant.
