Job description4–6 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3 Experience with MongoDB data modeling and database performance tuning Solid knowledge of Express.js and Node.js backend development Proficiency in React.js, hooks, state management (Redux or Context API) Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns Experience with Git, CI / CD tools, and cloud environments (AWS / Azure) Good understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.) Experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies Familiarity with authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer who can build high-quality, scalable web
applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, own feature development end-to-end, and contribute to continuous improvement of architecture and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
- Translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code
- Develop reusable UI components using React, Redux / Context
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend components
- Optimize performance, improve application scalability, and ensure security best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth releases
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to best practices adoption
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
