Job Summary

IMF & Elite Training head is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the training and development efforts within IMF vertical. This role will play a crucial role in enhancing the training programs effectiveness aligning it with business goals and leading a team of trainers Chief Managers and an Induction Trainer.
