Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our business development team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to medical practices, introduce our Revenue Cycle Management services, qualify leads, and successfully set appointments (demos / consultations) for our Marketing Executives. This role is crucial in driving our sales pipeline and expanding our client base within the healthcare sector.

Principal Accountabilities
Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting :
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (cold calling) to decision-makers (e.G., Practice Managers, Office Managers, Physicians) at medical practices.
- Successfully navigate gatekeepers to reach key contacts.
- Present a compelling, articulate, and persuasive pitch on the value and benefits of our RCM services.
- Overcome objections and rejections professionally to generate interest and secure appointments.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and appointments set.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing :
Ask probing questions to identify the practice's current revenue cycle challenges and pain points.Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.Maintaining regular follow-up with prospective leads to nurture relationships and move them toward an appointment.Data & CRM Management :
Accurately log all call activities, interactions, outcomes, and lead status updates in the CRM system (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot).Maintain a clean and organized database of prospects and clients.Coordinate with Account Executives to manage their calendars and ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.Product Knowledge & Communication :
Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, coding, and denial management.Clearly articulate how our specific RCM solutions address the needs of medical practices and improve their financial health.Adhere to all healthcare compliance and confidentiality guidelines (e.G., HIPAA) during interactions.Related experience / must- have skills / specific tools / platforms / qualifications
Experience : Proven experience (1+ years) in a high-volume telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting role, preferably in B2B sales - experience in Tele-Sales, LinkedIn campaigns, Email campaigns, SEO, etc for US Market.Technical Skills - Proficiency with CRM software (e.G., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Industry Knowledge (Preferred) : Experience or familiarity with the healthcare, medical, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry is highly desirable.US Market Experience.Education :
Bachelor's degree with a first class (any stream)Capabilities
