What is the Product control Analyst role?
A critical element of our service is the ingestion, support and reconciliation of data from inbound data feeds from over 800 institutions. The Feed Operations Analyst will monitor the daily ingestion of those feeds, investigate and reconcile any breaks between PCR and the custodian, investigate and recommend ETL enhancements as well as work on special projects.
Another critical element of our service is converting content reported in unstructured investment statements from private asset managers into normalized digital position and transaction data. PCR has developed sophisticated digital technologies that integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and workflow technologies to achieve this objective. As a Statement Automations Tech, you will configure these technologies to optimize our straight through processing. You will work as part of a global team collaborating with the world’s most important private banks, advisors and wealthy families.

What tools and processes will I have to accomplish my mission?

What would my day look like?

What would be my specific responsibilities?
Own the client relationship with key client stakeholders and decision makers and engage with them throughout the client journey including migration, training, product adoption and ongoing support.Manage day-to-day client communications including addressing client queries and requests.Document and deliver client requestsCoordinate with internal teams to resolve roadblocksProactively identify at-risk clients and develop an action plan to resolve issues and roadblocks.Manage cross-functional requests and challenges with internal PCR teams to resolve client issues.Capture and document client requests and submit to the development teams in support of product development and feature prioritization.Work with product teams and clients to conceive of and manage deployment of new product features.Report to management regularly client health metrics / needs.Oversee the successful transition to production support on new platform including client training of operational processes and internal knowledge transfer and training.Trade & Investment Operations
Ensure accurate and timely capture of trades and investment transactions (equities, derivatives, loans, private deals).Validate trade details with brokers, custodians; resolve breaks promptly.Support deal funding processes and ensure all investment documentation and system updates are completed.Position, Cash & Taxlot Reconciliation
Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of cash, positions, and Taxlot between internal systems and external parties (prime brokers, custodians).Liaising with Internal and external parties for breaks resolutionAssist in verifying pricing sources and P&L attribution.What are the skills I must demonstrate to be successful?

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field, plus 1 - 3 or more years of experience in the financial services industry with demonstrated basic knowledge of financial products, concepts, practices and processes.Demonstrated commitment to driving client loyalty and building relationships with clients by delivering effective and efficient interactions.Experience servicing high net worth clients evaluating financial products and services is preferred.Understanding of asset management, financial reporting and high net worth investing, Ingestion, Extraction.Effective in building relationships with both internal and external teamsAbility to work independently to research and resolve client issuesBasic knowledge of financial transactions and types of investment assets Custody relationship, ETL Setup, new client onboarding and Middle officeAbility to prioritize and manage multiple complex issues and adapt to different challenges and changing priorities.Professional communication skillsStrong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentWorking knowledge of MS Windows, MS OfficeWhat opportunities for advancement do I have?
