Clinical Psychologist

Shanti Mindcare Nursing is a dedicated psychiatric hospital in Siliguri committed to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and empathetic Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team and support individuals on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions

Design and implement individualised treatment plans

Provide psychotherapy to patients with a variety of mental health conditions

Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other allied health professionals for holistic patient care

Maintain detailed and confidential patient records

Participate in mental health awareness programs and team meetings

Eligibility Criteria

M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (RCI Registered)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compassionate and patient-centric approach to care

Experience : Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

What We Offer

Salary Range : ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
