Job description24 Casual Leaves per year, 13 Public Holidays Weekly Off Health Insurance Coverage : Employee + Spouse (₹4 Lakhs Coverage) Travel Allowance (Role-based) Incentives (Role-based) Job Title : Service Advisor (Customer Service & Workshop Operations) Qualification : ITI / Diploma / B.Tech – preferably automobile or mechanical Experience : Minimum 2 years in automobile service advisory or customer-handling roles Up to 25,000 - 30,000 Gross Salary. Handle customer communication, complaints & service requirements Conduct job card opening, delivery & service follow-up Coordinate between technician & customer Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
