Strategy & Assurance (Real Estate)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven professional, with background in Real Estate industry, ideally in promoter driven organizations / consulting firms, with experience in driving analytics, decision making, corporate strategy and senior relationship management. The individual should have sound problem-solving skills and should be an excellent communicator, with an ability to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders, slice through large volumes of data, drive rigor and triangulation of output & present cogent / convincing points of view (both in writing and in discussion)

Strategic role & responsibility

• Help set & refine strategic agenda for the Real Estate BU
• Translate Chairman’s Vision and strategic agenda into an aligned action plan by working with senior stakeholders
• Ensure rigorous governance – regular review cadence, detailed insights
• Identify and implement transformative initiatives in the Real Estate
• Help control capital allocations : Review proposed spend elements and ensure adequate evaluation and rigor
• Team building activities within Chairman’s office and strengthening systems, processes & collaboration

Educational Qualification : MBA from a Tier 1 institution Experience : 10+ years, 5+ years in Real Estate industry / Similar role Background of Corporate Strategy / Planning (Incl. Financial Planning) / Exposure to Executive office setup / Strategic Consulting
