About the Role
We're looking for a highly analytical and creative - Performance / Growth Marketing professional to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. You'll play a central role in scaling our marketing efforts through data-driven strategies, rapid experimentation, and a deep focus on results.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's passionate about performance, comfortable with numbers, and eager to test, learn, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
- Monitor and improve key growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
- Design and run experiments (A / B tests) on landing pages, ads, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with product, content, design, and analytics teams to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.
- Create and manage performance dashboards, report on insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Optimize the full funnel - from traffic acquisition to retention and re-engagement.
- Explore and evaluate new channels and tactics (influencer marketing, programmatic, affiliate, etc.).
- Contribute to SEO, CRM, and lifecycle marketing strategies as 2-5 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Proven success managing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Analytics & Experimentation : Use data to identify growth levers, run experiments (A / B testing, cohort analysis), and optimize user journeys.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactical campaigns.
- Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and campaign attribution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus : Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.) or SQL / Excel for deeper data analysis.
Nice to Have
