STORE & LOGISTICS - SENIOR MANAGER

Ladhani Group is one of India’s forward looking leading diversified FMCG group with operations spanning across beverage bottling, hospitality and distribution. Ladhani Group has been on the forefront of investing and adopting solar and wind energy for their multiple manufacturing plants amongst other clean energy initiatives.
LNK Green Energy is the manufacturing JV of RED and Ladhani Group focused on integrated solar manufacturing, starting from solar cell to modules with aim to vertical manufacture solar modules from sand.
Roles & Responsibilities
To manage and oversee all store operations, inventory management, and logistics activities, ensuring the timely receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials in line with company procedures and project schedules. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, cost control, and logistics efficiency across manufacturing plants and project sites.
A. Store Management
Supervise day-to-day store operations including receipts, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, spares, consumables, and finished goods.
Maintain material identification, traceability, and proper stacking
Ensure materials are issued against authorized requests and proper documentation is maintained
Maintain bin cards, stock ledgers, and ERP entries for all transactions.
Monitor minimum and reorder levels, and raise timely indents to avoid stockouts
B. Logistics & Material Handling
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials, equipment, and finished products.
Plan and optimize transportation routes and modes (road, sea, rail) for cost and time efficiency.
Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and clearing agents for timely deliveries.
Ensure all logistics documents (LR, E-way bills, invoices, packing lists, gate passes, etc.) are correctly processed and filed.
C. Inventory & System Control
Maintain inventory records in ERP / SAP systems and generate regular MIS reports (stock status, consumption analysis, movement summaries
Implement and monitor inventory control measures to ensure accuracy and prevent pilferage or losses.
Support monthly and annual stock audits (internal / external) and address discrepancies promptly.
D. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with procurement, planning, quality, and production teams for material requirements and dispatch schedules.
Support project teams in material mobilization and demobilization at multiple sites.
Manage relationships with vendors, transporters, and warehouse service providers.
Ensure effective communication with HO / SCM department for timely reporting and approvals.
Desired Qualifications :
Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain / Engineering / Commerce.
Desired Experience :
8–15 years of experience in stores, warehouse, and logistics management in a manufacturing / EPC / engineering / construction environment.
Exposure to solar, electrical, or heavy engineering industry preferred
Functional Skills :
Excel-based inventory reports and stock reconciliation
Knowledge of transport documentation, customs procedures (if applicable)
