Role overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-centric Program Manager, Growth to join our lean and agile Growth team. This is a critical role for an ambitious individual with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about identifying and scaling new opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving user acquisition by optimizing existing channels, aggressively exploring new growth vectors, and driving rapid experimentation. Role focus is to drive relevant user acquisition for Wiingy in the US Market for Math, Language and Music categories for web and App.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Growth Channels
- Research and test new user acquisition channels.
- Run pilot programs with defined metrics.
- Recommend channels to scale or drop based on data.
2. Funnel Optimization (Existing Channels)
Audit and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels.Drive ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flows.Partner with Marketing / Product to boost efficiency and LTV / CAC.3. Experimentation
Maintain a prioritized A / B testing pipeline across channels and funnels.Execute experiments using testing tools.Document hypotheses, results, and insights.4. Data & Reporting
Own tracking setup and data accuracy.Build dashboards and deliver regular KPI reports (CAC, LTV, conversions).Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.Qualifications
Experience : 0-2 years of hands-on experience driving growth initiatives, ideally within a fast-paced startup or technology environment.Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a highly analytical field.Analytical Skills : Strong foundational knowledge of setting up, reading, and troubleshooting web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager). Must be comfortable with spreadsheet analysis (Excel / Google Sheets) and basic statistical concepts related to A / B testing.Mindset : Highly curious, relentless desire to test and learn, and a strong sense of ownership.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Bonus : Familiarity with SQL, basic HTML / CSS, or specific channel management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).What we offer :
