Role :
We're seeking a talented and passionate Graphic & Visual Designer to join our Branding & Design team. You'll play a key role in crafting compelling visuals that elevate our brand, capture attention, and communicate our message effectively. You'll leverage your design to create a wide range of GTM assets aligned to customer engagements by Sales / Pre-Sales / Partnerships teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate business ideas and information into visually engaging designs and creative story-telling that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Develop high-quality GTM brand assets, including presentations, videos, documents and other assets aligned to customer engagements and buyer journey in the sales cycle.
- Maintain design consistency across all materials to ensure brand integrity and a cohesive visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Streamline workflows to optimize design and development processes, minimizing rework and maximizing efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality GTM brand assets on time and within budget, meeting project deadlines and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with GTM teams across Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales & Partnerships to standardize pitch decks and creative story-telling templates.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in graphic design.Strong understanding of design principles like color theory, typography, layout, balance, and contrast.Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma (with expertise in Figma's design system).Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear and visually compelling designs.Keen eye for detail with a focus on maintaining design consistency and brand integrity.Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to identify and implement current design trends.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across global time zones.Time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome design challenges and find innovative solutions.A passion for visual storytelling and a desire to create impactful designs.Bachelors degree in Design or any related domain.Locations : Chennai, India
