Job description

This Isn’t Just Another Design Job.

If you obsess over balance, spacing, and storytelling…

If you care just as much about why something looks good as how it looks…

If you’re tired of being treated like a pixel pusher…

This might be the design role you’ve been looking for.

At Triumph, we don’t believe in bulk output, generic templates, or 20 creatives a day. We believe in  craft, clarity, and conversion  — and we’re looking for a designer who feels the same.

  • Experience :  3+ Years
  • Job Type :  Remote / Part Time (Flexible)
  • Expected Commercial :  20K - 30K per month (Freelance Model)

What’s Different About This Role

We’re a creative performance agency for premium fashion & accessories brands — and everything we make needs to  stand out , not just fill a content calendar.

You won’t be juggling 15 brands or stuck in chaotic sprints. Instead, you’ll go deep with only a few  high-end clients , creating truly elevated, high-performing visuals alongside founders, strategists, and copywriters who  get it .

We value :

  • Creative Autonomy  – you won’t just follow orders, you’ll shape the output.
  • Close Collaboration  – no silos, no fluff. Just a tight-knit team that pushes each other to do better.
  • Attention to Detail  – because in fashion,  how it looks  is everything.
  • Intelligent Design  – where every element has a reason.
  • What You’ll Be Doing

    Core Responsibilities

  • Designing high-performing  ad creatives, carousels, reels, and videos  across platforms
  • Working across the entire video workflow – from  storyboarding and editing to versioning, testing, and feedback
  • Aligning visuals with brand tone – whether it’s premium fashion minimalism or bold statement-led styling
  • Building out creative concepts and layouts that match campaign strategy, copy, and landing pages
  • Collaborating with copywriters and editors to ensure strong visual-copy cohesion
  • Staying updated with  editing trends, visual styles, and ad formats  to push for fresh output each cycle
  • Other Responsibilities

  • Creating and adapting  website graphics,  such as homepage banners or launch drops(periodically)
  • Supporting visual tasks like  icon sourcing, minor branding adaptations , and one-off graphics
  • Participating in  moodboarding, visual research, and establishing brand-specific design systems
  • What We’re Looking For

  • A designer with a strong understanding of  core design principles  — composition / layout, whitespace, typography, visual hierarchy, contrast, alignment, and visual balance
  • Someone who naturally obsesses over detail — spacing, balance, consistency — and isn’t satisfied until everything is in its right place
  • Prior experience working with  premium or luxury brands , especially in fashion, lifestyle, or editorial
  • A refined visual sensibility — you understand  true minimalism , not just blank space
  • Able to work across both  static and video formats , with comfort in executing visual stories from start to finish
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and confident enough to own your work while improving it collaboratively
  • Awareness of  editing trends, transitions, and ad formats  across social and paid platforms
  • Keeps up with what’s new — and solves problems with whatever works, be it AI or good old creative grit.
  • Someone who brings clarity and intention to their visual decisions, and is thoughtful about every element they put on a screen
  • This Role Isn’t For You If :

  • You struggle with basic design vocabulary and principles
  • You get emotionally attached to your work and take feedback personally
  • You haven’t thought about where you’re headed next — we value people who have direction
  • You design for personal aesthetics, not for users
  • You avoid pushing boundaries or trying new tools — experimentation is part of the job
  • You have trouble managing your timelines or juggling projects independently
  • You completely ignore your physical and mental health — we value sharp minds and well-balanced routines
  • Why Designers Thrive at Triumph

  • Growth That’s Real :  You’ll learn more in 6 months here than 2 years elsewhere
  • Mentorship, Not Micromanagement :  You’ll work directly with founders, not middle managers
  • Creative Ownership :  Build campaigns, not just assets
  • No Chaos, Just Focus :  Fewer brands, no burnout
  • Flexible Hours :  We care about output, not clock-ins
  • It is mandatory to submit your resume. Make sure to include the correct link to the portfolio in the resume itself.
