Job Description

As an SDET III, you'll design, develop, deploy, and maintain test automation for medium-complexity features.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager. You'll work with the Product & Tech team under minimal supervision.

What You Will Do

• Enhance test automation tools, scripts, coverage, and code structure.
• Debug application issues and assist developers in identifying root causes.
• Automate manual tasks to boost productivity.
• Develop detailed test plans and review test cases from peers.
• Manage timely testing, including manual testing.
• Understand and apply programming languages, frameworks, and computer science fundamentals.
• Participate in product discussions and refine acceptance criteria.
• Gain product knowledge and understand technical architecture.
• Create documentation for features and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and QEs on implementation details.
• Mentor junior SDETs and lead the onboarding process.
• Contribute to interviews and suggest process improvements.
