Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Enterprise Sales Specialist (Senior Manager / Director). The candidate will be expected to be based out of Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and closing deals. This is a quota-carrying hunting sales role.
Qualifications
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience as an Account Executive / Account Director selling software to Banks, NBFCs and similar financial institutions in India
5+ years of enterprise sales experience (Max 10 years)
Ability to work with senior executives at large banks and financial institutions
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good knowledge of lending software, fintech APIs and document processing software
Bachelor's or master's degree in any field
Compensation & Rewards
Competitive Base salary + Sales Commission + ESOPs
Uncapped Incentive Plans (10% of revenue for net-new accounts, 5% for account expansion)
