Oracle (OIC + HCM)

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain HCM technical components :

HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, BI Publisher Reports .

Support Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting modules.

Build interfaces and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Troubleshoot payroll / HR data issues and deliver configurations & customizations.

Work closely with HR stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.

Skills Required :

Strong technical knowledge :

HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, BIP .

Hands-on experience with OIC integrations for HCM.

Understanding of Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows.

SQL / PLSQL knowledge and ability to analyze HR / payroll data.
