About Halma Company Keeler

Keeler having headquarter in Windsor, UK has been in the business since 1917. Keeler strives to be a global leader in Eye Care by providing continued investment in product line and increased focus on innovative ophthalmic solutions.

Key roles and responsibilities

Preparing and sending Proforma Invoice (Sales Quote) to Dealers / customers of Indian Subcontinent. Regular Follow up with customers / Dealers / Sales Team for orders and Outstanding payments. Complete Order processing communication with Halma India team, Sales Team, and Dealers for seamless execution of orders. Maintaining & Updating Sales Pipeline with the input from Sales Team. Support Dealers for Tenders (authorization / Quality Documents) / Renewal of Yearly Authorizations / Dealer Agreement.

Academic Qualifications B. Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. / BBA or any relevant degree.

Proactive and detail oriented. Strong organizational skills. Collaborative and eager to learn. Customer service mindset with professional communication.

Good to have skills

Proficiency in MS Excel. Clear verbal and written communication. Basic knowledge of MIS tools and reporting
