What You’ll Learn How to pitch and sell to B2B customers (kirana stores, restaurants, cafes, etc.) How to understand customer needs and craft product-market fit on the ground Real-time exposure to startup sales, operations, and market activation How tech, supply chain, and last-mile delivery work in India’s food sector CRM basics, lead tracking, and reporting insights to the core team
What You’ll Do Approach and onboard new B2B customers in targeted zones Conduct field visits, deliver sample crates, and explain the Famveg offering Share product catalogs and offers via WhatsApp or in-person Maintain lead and customer follow-ups using simple CRM tools Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the experience
