Internship Details Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office) Duration : 2-3 months​ Compensation :  Stipend will be provided + Travel allowance   We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to join our staffing agency.

This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and business development in recruitment industry.​ Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and research potential clients in need of staffing solutions to generate leads.​ Direct Sales & Networking : Visit offices of different companies to introduce and sell Starkflow’s services & build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including HR managers, C-suite executives, and other decision-makers.

Client Outreach : Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our staffing services and schedule meetings.​ Market Research : Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.​ Sales Support : Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.​ CRM Management : Maintain and update client information to ensure accurate records.​ Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and outcomes to provide insights into sales performance.​ Administrative Tasks : Support the team with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and other administrative duties as required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.​ Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.​ Analytical Skills : Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.​ Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.​ Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.​ Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic industry.​   Benefits : Certificate of Internship, Letter of Recommendation, Exposure to the staffing industry, Networking opportunities,  Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion.​ This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in sales within the staffing and other industries, offering valuable experience and potential career growth.
