Role OverviewWe are looking for anenergetic and experienced Assistant Manager – HRtolead and strengthen our Human Resources function.This role focuses onend-to-end recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement, ensuring the HR function supportsSonar Conectar’s dynamic and creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across departments.Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.Manage HR operations including employee records, payroll coordination, and performance management processes.Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives to foster a positive work culture.Oversee HR policies, compliance, and documentation in line with labor laws and company standards.Conduct induction programs, exit interviews, and analyze HR metrics to enhance retention.Support leadership in workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development.RequirementsMBA in Human Resources or related discipline.5–6 years of experience in HR roles, with strong exposure to recruitment and people management.⚡ Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and modern HR practices.Prior experience in event management, media, or creative industries will be an added advantage.Location : Bangalore, Kalyan NagarReporting To : DirectorEmployment Type : Full-time, Work from Office - 10AM to 7PM
