About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager – YouTube to own and scale our YouTube ecosystem end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes YouTube, understands the platform’s algorithm in depth, and can turn insights into high-performing content strategies. You will lead growth, content, collaborations, and experimentation across multiple YouTube channels.
What You’ll Own
- Build and execute the YouTube growth strategy across channels.
- Lead content planning, scripting, production, and publishing with internal and external teams.
- Optimize videos for CTR, watch time, retention, and search .
- Analyze performance using YouTube Analytics, competitive tools, and audience insights to drive decisions.
- Own channel hygiene — metadata, thumbnails, playlists, uploads, SEO.
- Manage creator collaborations, partnerships, and influencer features .
- Drive experiments (formats, thumbnails, hooks, content buckets) to achieve growth targets.
- Work closely with marketing, brand, and product teams for integrated storytelling.
- Manage a small team of editors, producers, and freelancers.
