Job descriptionManage and support the field teams and APCs, ensuring consistent performance and Assist in leading and coordinating team activities, delegating tasks, and managing cross- Support staff through inductions, guidance, and mentorship. Oversee and support recruitment efforts for field team and APC roles. Plan and conduct inductions for new hires, ensuring proper onboarding. Issue necessary assets and maintain accurate asset trackers and logs. Ensure efficient asset utilization and timely updates to inventory records. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners. Ensure transparent communication and regular updates to stakeholders. Assist the Program Manager in daily tasks, reporting, risk identification, and issue resolution. Support program documentation, scheduling, and performance tracking. Prepare and deliver status updates and progress reports. Maintain program documentation, schedules, and meeting records. Minimum 3 years in program or operations support, preferably in field operations, asset Proficient in asset tracking, documentation, and basic financial oversight. Strong organizational and reporting capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder handling. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management. Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field preferred.
