About the Role

We are looking for a TA Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process across our portfolio companies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling and feedback coordination to offer management and pre-onboarding activities.

You will partner closely with recruiters hiring managers and HR teams to keep our hiring process organized efficient and candidate-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones (India & other global locations).
• Liaise with candidates and hiring teams to confirm interview logistics (virtual / on-site).
• Manage feedback collection and ensure consistent documentation in the ATS.
• Manage all in-office interviews and open day events including scheduling invitations face-to-face coordination and overall logistics.
