We’re on the lookout for a Senior Dayforce WFM Lead Consultant who’s ready to lead, deliver, and occasionally save the day in our fast-expanding Dayforce universe.

What You’ll Bring to the Table (Mandatory Skills)

• Technical wizardry in Dayforce Core HR & WFM workstreams — we mean really knowing your stuff.
• The ability to lead WFM implementations end-to-end : discoveries → requirements → go-live → hypercare → victory lap.
• At least 2 WFM implementations under your belt (we’ll ask about your battle stories).
• Global experience across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US — you know how WFM behaves across time zones, accents, and holidays.
• Deep technical mastery of Entitlements and Pay Policies — the complex ones don’t scare you.
• A natural collaborator who can work with cross-functional teams (yes, Payroll will love you).
• The confidence and skill to work independently without hand-holding.
• Excellent communication skills — because if you can’t explain it, you probably can’t implement it.
