About the Role

Category ownership : Build and manage the end-to-end category portfolio - assortment, pricing, promotions, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Vendor & partner management : Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers and brands to ensure competitive pricing, reliable availability, and differentiated assortment.
• Assortment & fulfillment planning : Partner with supply chain and operations to ensure optimal stock levels, availability, and fulfillment SLAs.
• Data-driven decision-making : Track category performance, contribution margins, and sell-through to optimize mix and working capital.
• Online business focus : Strengthen the e-commerce channel through demand planning, pricing analytics, and platform merchandising.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Work with marketing, tech, and operations to execute growth plans and category campaigns.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in leading Category.
