About the Role

We are hiring a domain-specialized Finance & BFSI Recruiter with strong experience in hiring for Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, NBFC, Banking & Financial Services roles.

Candidates must have hands-on experience recruiting talent like Wealth Managers, RMs, Credit, Investment roles and must understand AUM / EAUM, MF products, and BFSI job functions.

This is a 100% remote role focused on closing niche, high-value finance profiles.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment for Finance, BFSI, Wealth & Investment non-tech roles.
• Source high-quality profiles through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting & BFSI networking.
• Strong ability to hire for roles such as :
• Wealth Manager / Investment Counsellor
• Relationship Manager (Banking & Wealth)
• Mutual Fund Sales / AMC roles
• Credit, Underwriting, Loan Operations (NBFC / BFSI)
• Accounts & Finance / FP&A / Business Finance
