Role : Blackline Implementation Manager

Location : Gurugram

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, MIS or IT
• Nonprofit industry experience and expertise.
• 10+ years Accounting or Finance Experience.
• Background in financial close process optimization / continuous improvement
• BlackLine Experience as a User & Admin (Local, Business or System)
• Experience leading implementations of Sage Intacct
• Expertise in process analysis and redesign of business processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills with sensitivity to timeframes, budgets and outcomes across multiple clients and projects
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized / focused in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with competing demands.

Key responsibilities :

Process Optimization : Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using BlackLine.

Journal Entry Management : Assist in the management and review of journal entries within BlackLine, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
