Looking for a professional with strong Solution Design / Presales experience in Customer Service.

(Not IT / F&A / HRO)

Requirements :

• Customer Service / Service Desk / Product Support exposure
• RFP / RFI / RFQ experience
• Strong PPT & Excel skills
• Good understanding of pricing, effort estimation & TOM
