Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using LLMs, planning / decision-making frameworks, and agent-based architectures.
• Build agent workflows : reasoning, memory / context management, tool or API integration, task decomposition, and decision logic to enable autonomous or semi-autonomous behavior.
• Integrate agents into applications, services or backend systems — e.g. as chatbots, copilots, automation tools or business-logic agents.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure, APIs, and services to support agent execution, scaling, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, research, design) to iterate on agent capabilities for usability, safety, reliability and real-world use cases.
• Monitor, test and evaluate agent behavior; implement safety, guardrails, logging / observability, error handling and performance monitoring.
• Document architecture, design decisions, agent logic, dependencies, evaluation results and best practices.
