Engineering Recruitment Manager

Position : Manager – Technical & Engineering Recruitment (Bangalore)

Reports to : General Manager – Recruitment

Role Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic Technical & Engineering Recruitment Manager to lead a team of 5+ recruiters handling end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT technical domains . The role demands strong people leadership, client management skills, and the ability to drive high-performance delivery using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor : Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 5–10 recruiters to meet and exceed revenue and delivery targets.
• Drive Delivery Excellence : Oversee full-cycle recruitment — from requirement gathering and sourcing to candidate engagement and closure — across IT and Non-IT technical mandates.
• Quality Control : Ensure only well-qualified, validated profiles reach clients;

maintain high standardsof accuracy and turnaround.
