About the Role
Coordinate end-to-end international travel for HCL India and offshore employees.
Responsibilities
- Research and compare global travel & hotel options to ensure cost-effective and efficient bookings.
- Handle international hotel bookings, negotiate corporate rates, and manage hotel contracting.
- Use GDS tools (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) for international flight search, ticketing, and itinerary management.
- Liaise with travel agencies and employees to ensure seamless international travel planning.
- Ensure bookings adhere to approved budgets and travel policies.
- Assist employees with specialized or urgent travel needs.
- Manage and monitor company travel credit cards, loyalty programs, and frequent flyer details.
- Reconcile international airline and hotel invoices with accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 environment.

Experience : 6+ Years
Required Skills
Hands-on expertise in GDS tools.
Preferred Skills
