Experience : Around 5 years in Talent Acquisition preferably in Executive Search industry

Responsibilities and Duties :

• End-to-End Recruitment : Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Sourcing Candidates : Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
• Screening & Shortlisting : Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication.
• Database Management : Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Candidate Engagement : Communicate with candidates to provide feedback and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer Management : Support in preparing offer letters and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before onboarding.
• HR Support : Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, document collection, and maintenance of personnel records.

Educational MBA in Human Resources

Skills and Around 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in Executive Search industry.
